What actually reduces impact: less virgin binder, lower burner fuel, reduced hauling, warm mix, longer life, avoided rework, or better recycling?

Performance

Does the lower-impact option protect cracking, rutting, moisture resistance, low-temperature behavior, aging, compaction, and field reliability?

Specification Fit

Does the material fit the governing binder, mix, owner, agency, procurement, or innovation pathway requirements?

Message

Can the organization explain what is measured, what is assumed, what is excluded, and what still needs validation?
