The contact workflow is built for ordinary business contact details and enough non-confidential context to decide whether a focused technical review, a scoping call, or another engagement path makes sense.

What we use it for To evaluate fit, respond to the inquiry, prepare for a scoping conversation, manage potential engagement follow-up, and keep reasonable business records.
The confidentiality boundary Keep the first message non-confidential. Detailed files, specifications, formulas, customer names, legal material, or restricted data should wait until scope and confidentiality are agreed.
